Dynamic Psychotherapy
"Man needs difficulties; they are necessary for health" - Carl Jung
Are you struggling with issues related to trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, or major life changes? There comes a time when we need some help from a qualified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. As a Dynamic Psychotherapist working for 25 years within Mental Health in the NHS, I have experience of working with a diverse range of people.
My expertise lies in a wide range of areas from short term life challenges to longstanding emotional and/or complex mental health difficulties with adults.
Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting but I’m here to explore any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)
