Meet Fi
I am a dynamic psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working within the NHS, supporting adults through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

I offer a safe, confidential, and compassionate space where we can work together on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. My experience spans both short-term life difficulties and more longstanding or complex mental health concerns.

Life can feel overwhelming and, at times, exhausting. You don’t have to face those challenges alone. I am here to help you explore and understand the obstacles you may be experiencing, at a pace that feels right for you.

You may be struggling with trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, or significant life changes. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change. My aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s transitions.
